In 1995, Massimo Longoni began his professional career in Finmeccanica Group.
Few years after he joined the Intesa Sanpaolo Bank in Paris, where he covered several positions, up to vice-president.
In 2002, he co-founded the Electa Group, and he is now CEO and managing partner of GE Lux S.A., an independent advisory firm.
In 2011, he also co-founded Luxembourg Fund Services S.A., an independent PSF (Professionel du Secteur Financier), supervised by the financial controlling authority CSSF, of which he is a non-executive director.
With his over 20 years of experience in the engineering, financial and private equity industry across Europe, Massimo has been appointed as independent board member in a few selected AIFM (Alternative Investment Fund Managers), managing mainly PE/VC funds investing across Europe.
Massimo holds a master’s degree in Economics and Engineering from Bocconi University of Milan.
